Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been processed or shipped. If an eTranscript has already been sent out or order has already been shipped we will are not able to cancel the order.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state.

How long will it take for my steno to be cleaned and shipped?
At OTEC we have a structure that allows us to have steno machines cleaned and serviced in a one day cycle. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 1 day within the state of Washington. If you desire faster shipping, please let us know.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to weight and destination.
Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). We also offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
